One Love Yoga

This Saturday, March 28th from 4-6pm!!!! We are so excited to have Andi back for more Belly dancing and this time she will incorporate veils πŸ’“ Join us for 2 hours of bellydance instruction and light choreography as you connect to your feminine within.This class is for every-BODY. No experience is required. All shapes and sizes are welcome! As women we can become overwhelmed by our responsibilities--family, work, school...the list goes on-- it can be easy to lose touch with the softer side of being a woman. Bellydance offers a chance to empower that softer side while you get a good workout and HAVE FUN! This workshop will include step-by-step instruction of basic bellydance moves including arm and hip movement techniques, as well as mild core work. For added cardio, we will incorporate these moves into a short choreographed dance by the end of class. You will leave this workshop feeling energized and beautiful. WHAT TO WEAR: exercise clothes of your choice, however leggings or yoga pants with a tank top or a T-shirt will be easier to move around in. You will be dancing without shoes on--socks are optional. WHAT TO BRING: water bottle, hand towel, and a light snack for break. We will have coinbelts and hip scarves for you to use, but if you already have your own feel free to bring it with you.
